About the manufacturer
ALTER – an alcohol-free beverage project created in Belgium, aiming not to copy wine, but to create an independent alternative for wine and aperitif moments. The producers distil their own grown botanical raw materials without alcohol and combine them with fruits and unripe grape juice. Their philosophy is based on layering – the aim is to create a wine-like structure, acidity, tension, and a long aftertaste, but without using fermentation or dealcoholization. Cedro is a citrusy ALTER interpretation, where citron, grapefruit, and lemon verbena play a key role.
