About the manufacturer
Maison Antech is a six-generation family-run Limoux winery whose history dates back to 1860. In the Limoux region, they specialize in sparkling wines, focusing on local terroir and traditional production methods. Since 2020, the family vineyards have been farmed organically. Eugénie belongs to their higher-end Signature line and shows how Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, and Mauzac can be combined to create an elegant Limoux Crémant.
