About the manufacturer

Appleton Estate is one of Jamaica's oldest rum distilleries, with a history dating back to 1749. Located in the Nassau Valley, it carries out its entire production process on its estate – from sugarcane cultivation to distillation and aging. The distillery is renowned for its authentic Jamaican rum style, the use of pot still distillates, and long-standing craftsmanship. Since 1997, Joy Spence has been the master blender – the first woman in the world to hold such a position in rum production.
