The aroma reveals toasted bread, brioche, honey, candied apricots, lemon cream, and fresh hazelnuts. In the glass, the wine gradually unfolds in layers – notes of anise, menthol, butter cake, and chalky minerality emerge. On the palate, the champagne is very concentrated yet elegant: the bubbles are fine and creamy, the acidity precise and energetic. The flavor combines candied citrus, toasted almonds, brioche, and a salty-chalky finish that lingers for a very long time.

About the manufacturer
AR Lenoble was founded in 1920 by Armand-Raphaël Graser. His father, Joseph, had fled his native Alsace region to escape the Germans, arriving on foot in Épernay, Champagne, where his wife Alice was from. After the First World War, Armand-Raphaël decided to start a champagne business, but felt that a German-sounding surname would not be well received at the time. He therefore created the name "Lenoble" as a tribute to the noble character of champagne wines, while retaining his initials "AR" – Armand-Raphaël. More than 100 years and four generations later, the house remains independent and family-owned, and is today run by Antoine and Anne Malassagne, Armand-Raphaël's great-grandchildren.
