The 2021 vintage in the Maipo Valley was well-balanced – enough sunshine for the Chardonnay to achieve full aromatic ripeness, coupled with cooler nights that helped preserve vibrant acidity and aromatic clarity. These conditions allowed for a fruity yet structured Chardonnay profile. The aroma is dominated by ripe pear, green apple, and citrus (especially lemon and lime zest), accompanied by subtle floral hints and a touch of honey.

On the palate, the wine is dry, medium-bodied, with a clear acidity profile that provides freshness and structural balance. Fruit flavours are complemented by a subtle minerality, and the finish offers a clean continuation of fruit with a light spice at the end.
