2019 in Champagne was characterized by balanced weather - enough sun and humidity to allow the grapes to ripen harmoniously, maintaining a refreshing acidity. The grapes were harvested in the village of Mardeuil, exclusively from the best part of the first pressing. Aged for 5 years on the lees in steel barrels to maintain the purity and delicacy of the wine. The aroma is characterized by white flowers, citrus fruits, soft mineral notes, and the taste is elegant freshness, intertwined with notes of grapefruit and bergamot.
