2014 was a favorable year for Champagne, allowing the grapes to ripen and maintain their acid balance. The grapes were harvested from a village in the Vallée de la Marne region. This champagne, made exclusively from the “cœur de cuvée” – the first and best pressing – was aged on its lees for at least 5 years in steel barrels to maintain freshness and fruitiness.

The aromas are dominated by citrus fruits, dried fruits, apple and peach jam, which later transition into more intense notes of baked brioche, honey and toasted nuts. The taste reveals subtle hints of candied fruits, toasted brioche and honey, giving the champagne elegance and depth.

About the manufacturer

The Beaumont des Crayères Champagne House is a story of land and people who come together to create not just a drink, but also a feeling. Nestled in the chalky hills of the Marne Valley, the terroir of this house gives champagne its identity: elegance, mineral purity and subtle character.
This is a champagne house born from a community, a cooperative of creators that began in 1955 and still maintains a human closeness in every bubble. The work of three generations merges here with a modern approach to sustainability, allowing this house to create a resounding but not theatrical style: natural, elegant, thinking of tomorrow. Full of history and heart, Beaumont des Crayères is a house where champagne tells the story of its origins, time and love for what is real.
