Bernard Rémy Grand Cru is a champagne from the highest classification vineyards in the Champagne region, where the soil and microclimate are considered among the best in the entire territory. In such areas, grapes ripen slowly, retaining a bright acidity and a clear aromatic profile, resulting in a wine characterized by crispness, precision, and elegance. The aroma typically features citrus, green apple, and light brioche and toasted bread notes, which arise from long aging on lees in the bottle. On the palate, the champagne is dry, with fine, long-lasting bubbles, good structure, and a mineral, clean finish. The winery focuses on a classic, terroir-expressing style, paying great attention to manual labor in the vineyards and long aging to maintain a balance between freshness, complexity, and longevity.

About the manufacturer

Champagne Bernard Rémy is a family-run winery located in the village of Allemant, in the Côte des Blancs and Sézannais areas, in the southern part of Champagne. The estate was founded in the mid-20th century, and today it is managed by the next generation of the family, continuing the tradition of working with their own vineyards and controlling the entire process from grape to bottle. The winery manages dozens of hectares of vineyards in various Champagne villages, including those with Grand Cru classification. The philosophy is based on a classic understanding of champagne – respect for the terroir, long aging on lees, meticulous work in the vineyards, and a balance between fresh acidity, structure, and elegance. The goal is to create clean, precise, long-lived champagnes that reflect the region's chalky soil and cool climate character.
