Made from a blend of the main Champagne varieties, aiming to maintain a clean, balanced, and versatile profile. The aroma is dominated by a combination of lemon zest, green apple, white flowers, and brioche notes, along with a light minerality. On the palate, the wine is dry, with crisp acidity, vibrant, fine bubbles, and a clearly expressed fruit character. The finish is long and harmonious, with a continuation of citrus and subtle yeast or brioche tones.

About the manufacturer
Champagne Bernard Rémy is a family-run winery located in the village of Allemant, in the Côte des Blancs and Sézannais areas, in the southern part of Champagne. The estate was founded in the mid-20th century, and today it is managed by the next generation of the family, continuing the tradition of working with their own vineyards and controlling the entire process from grape to bottle. The winery manages dozens of hectares of vineyards in various Champagne villages, including those with Grand Cru classification. The philosophy is based on a classic understanding of champagne – respect for the terroir, long aging on lees, meticulous work in the vineyards, and a balance between fresh acidity, structure, and elegance. The goal is to create clean, precise, long-lived champagnes that reflect the region's chalky soil and cool climate character.
