This sparkling wine is one of Austria's most renowned sekt, characterized by its subtle elegance and refinement. The aroma reveals delicate notes of white flowers, citrus, ripe apple, and toasted bread. On the palate, it is lively and refreshing, with a fine, persistent mousse. The taste features minerality, lemon zest, and subtle brioche and nutty tones, leaving a long, elegant finish. The wine is made using traditional methods. It is aged on the lees for at least 24 months to develop complex autolytic aromas. Oak use is minimal – only for a portion of the Chardonnay fermentation, to provide more structure.
