The wine's aroma is exceptionally clean and lively: green apple, pear, white peach, citrus peel (lemon, orange), hints of mango and pineapple, white flowers, and the typical Grüner Veltliner white pepper spice. There's also a subtle herbal note and a stony minerality. On the palate, it is dry, refreshing, and very well-balanced, with a bright yet elegant acidity. The fruit is juicy and "crisp," and a bit of texture emerges in the mid-palate from aging on lees. The finish is long, clean, with citrus zest, white pepper spice, and a light salinity.
