This elegant sparkling wine represents the Franciacorta terroir and practice, as the Italian method classico style is intended for long aging. The aroma is often dominated by fresh citrus, green apple and white peach notes, complemented by brioche, soft yeast and some nutty nuances - all expressing a subtle complexity and refinement. On the palate it is dry ( Brut ), with very fine, long-lasting bubbles and a vibrant acidity that gives a sense of playfulness and harmony. The finish is long, mineral and elegant - a great example of how sparkling wines from this region can be both fresh and complex.

About the manufacturer
Ca' del Bosco is one of the most respected, innovative and world-class sparkling wine producers in the Franciacorta DOCG region of northern Italy. The house was founded in the 1970s by Anselmo Marchese, and from the very beginning his goal was to create something special – not just an ordinary sparkling wine, but a top-quality product that could compete with the best in the world. Over the decades, Marchese’s vision has been consistently developed, maintaining a strong focus on innovation in winemaking and viticulture. The winemakers here have constantly invested in new technologies, but at the same time maintained a deep respect for the classic production process of the Metodo Tradizionale (Traditional Method) – the same method used in the Champagne region. The approach to quality starts in the vineyard – manual harvesting, strict selection and optimal ripening control ensure that only the best grapes go into each batch. Ca' del Bosco is also known for its meticulous cellar control, innovative fermentation techniques, and long aging on the lees, which helps create a sparkling wine with special structure, complexity, and elegance.
Franciacorta is one of the most important and premium sparkling wine regions in Italy, with DOCG status, the highest quality classification in Italy. Ca' del Bosco is not only one of the flagships of this region, but also a significant brand that has contributed to the growth of the reputation of Franciacorta in the global wine context. Since the 1980s, the house has been actively involved in shaping the standards of the region, aiming to make Franciacorta synonymous with refined sparkling wine.
The Ca' del Bosco cellars are vast underground spaces with constant temperature and humidity, where sparkling wines are aged for long periods on the lees. Such aging conditions are essential for creating complex, multi-layered and elegant wines. In addition, the house pays great attention to sustainability and organic farming, in order to preserve the diversity of soils and environments that are important for the unique expression of the region. For these reasons, Ca' del Bosco wines are not only technologically perfect, but also have a clear character and connection to the specific terroir, a philosophy that is reflected in each of their bottles, from light bruts to complex and long-lasting reserva variants.
