Ca’ La Bionda Valpolicella Classico DOC 2025 0.75 l

Red wine from the Veneto region, historical Valpolicella Classico zone. The grapes are grown on hilly, clay and limestone soils with plenty of stones. The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures, macerated with the skins for about 7 days, and aged for another 5 months. The aroma is dominated by fresh red berries and violet flowers. The taste is light, refreshing, and elegant, with notes of juicy cherries and other red fruits. This is an easy-to-drink, uncomplicated wine, in which the most important qualities are fruitiness, freshness, and subtlety.
