Can Sumoi is a natural and sustainable winemaking project belonging to the Raventós i Blanc family. The winery is located in a restored 17th-century estate in the Montmell hills (at an altitude of about 600m), where the cool mountain climate helps preserve the grapes' acidity and aromatic precision. The project was created as a return to the idea of "wine of the land": minimal technological intervention, organic/biodynamic practices, and the revival of local grape varieties. Can Sumoi's philosophy focuses on making wine as close as possible to its origin – without excessive extraction or oak masking.
