On the nose, this Sauvignon Blanc is quite expressive and "green": elderflower (sambucus), green leaves, fig leaf, fresh herbal notes, and slightly sweet bell pepper nuances dominate. There are also citrus notes – especially lime and grapefruit zest. On the palate, it is dry and refreshing, medium-bodied, with a pronounced but not aggressive acidity.
