About the manufacturer
Cave de Hunawihr was established in 1954 when winemakers from the village of Hunawihr, aiming to revive the region's viticulture after World War II, decided to join forces and founded a cooperative. Today, the winery unites dozens of growers who manage over 200 hectares of vineyards, including Grand Cru plots. Its philosophy is to combine modern technologies with respect for the Alsatian terroir, producing clean, authentic, and varietally characteristic wines that reflect the character of the Hunawihr area.
