An exceptional single-vintage Grand Cru Champagne from the village of Cramant, characterized by precise minerality and elegance. The aroma reveals lemon peel, white peaches, green apples, toasted almonds, brioche, and bright chalky notes. The taste is taut, creamy, and extremely mineral, with fine bubbles, fresh acidity, and a long, salty and citrusy finish.

About the manufacturer

Champagne Bonnaire is a family winery founded in 1932 in Cramant Grand Cru village, one of the most prestigious Chardonnay terroirs of the Côte des Blancs. Today, it is run by Jean-Étienne Bonnaire and his wife Agnès, continuing several generations of family tradition. The winery owns approximately 22 hectares of vineyards, most of which are planted with Chardonnay in the Grand Cru villages of Cramant, Chouilly, Oiry, and Oger.
