The aroma opens with candied citrus, red berries, cherries, and ripe apples, complemented by notes of brioche, toasted almonds, honey, and subtle sweet spices. The taste is extremely harmonious, rich, and elegant, with a creamy texture and very fine bubbles. Notes of white peaches, pears, mirabelle plums, red fruits, and light toasted nuts are noticeable. Pinot Noir gives the wine more power and structure, while Chardonnay maintains freshness, minerality, and a long, clean finish.

About the manufacturer

Champagne Bonnaire is a family winery founded in 1932 in Cramant Grand Cru village, one of the most prestigious Chardonnay terroirs of the Côte des Blancs. Today, it is run by Jean-Étienne Bonnaire and his wife Agnès, continuing several generations of family tradition. The winery owns approximately 22 hectares of vineyards, most of which are planted with Chardonnay in the Grand Cru villages of Cramant, Chouilly, Oiry, and Oger.
