The aroma opens with wild strawberries, cherries, red currants, and rose petals, complemented by notes of brioche, toasted bread, and subtle spices. The taste is dry, extremely fresh, and elegant, with fine bubbles. Red currants, raspberries, orange peel, and delicate almond notes are perceptible. Chardonnay provides freshness and chalky minerality, while Bouzy Pinot Noir adds a light tannic structure and a vinous character. The finish is long, harmonious, and refreshingly mineral.

About the manufacturer

Champagne Bonnaire is a family winery founded in 1932 in Cramant Grand Cru village, one of the most prestigious Chardonnay terroirs of the Côte des Blancs. Today, it is run by Jean-Étienne Bonnaire and his wife Agnès, continuing several generations of family tradition. The winery owns approximately 22 hectares of vineyards, most of which are planted with Chardonnay in the Grand Cru villages of Cramant, Chouilly, Oiry, and Oger.
