The aroma opens with white flowers, lemon zest, lime, pears, and white peaches, complemented by notes of brioche, fresh almonds, and subtle chalk. Expressive minerality is one of the most prominent features of this champagne. The taste is dry, exceptionally fresh and elegant, with fine, creamy bubbles. Citrus, green apples, white peaches, and lemon cream are present, complemented by light buttery brioche notes. The finish is long, clean, and mineral-driven, with a distinct chalky texture and refreshing citrus acidity.

About the manufacturer
Champagne Bonnaire is a family winery founded in 1932 in Cramant Grand Cru village, one of the most prestigious Chardonnay terroirs of the Côte des Blancs. Today, it is run by Jean-Étienne Bonnaire and his wife Agnès, continuing several generations of family tradition. The winery owns approximately 22 hectares of vineyards, most of which are planted with Chardonnay in the Grand Cru villages of Cramant, Chouilly, Oiry, and Oger.
