The aroma opens with white peaches, candied lemon, lime, and honeysuckle blossoms, complemented by notes of fresh hazelnuts, brioche, and light toasted pastry. The taste is dry, exceptionally elegant and creamy, with fine, silky bubbles. Citrus, yellow apples, white peaches, and lemon cream are present, complemented by notes of toasted nuts and butter bun. The finish is long, mineral, and refreshing, with a subtle chalky salinity and hints of iodine.

About the manufacturer
Charles Heidsieck was founded by Charles-Camille Heidsieck in 1851, when he was just 29 years old. Although he belonged to the famous Heidsieck family, he decided to create his own name and unique style. The charismatic entrepreneur quickly earned the nickname "Champagne Charlie" – he was one of the first to actively introduce champagne to the United States and helped make Champagne famous beyond Europe. Today, the cellar master Élise Losfelt is responsible for creating the wines, continuing the house philosophy – to craft rich, complex, and long-lasting champagnes, in which reserve wines and long aging in chalk cellars play a particularly important role.
