The aroma opens with notes of brioche, toasted almonds, pistachios, dried apricots, Mirabelle plums, and ripe mango. After spending more time in the glass, hints of vanilla, praline, and light roasted coffee emerge. The taste is rich, creamy, and exceptionally harmonious, with fine, silky bubbles. Notes of ripe yellow fruits, plums, cherries, citrus, and buttery pastries are evident, complemented by accents of toasted nuts, nougat, and subtle vanilla. The finish is long, elegant, and mineral, with a light nuance of praline and chalk.

About the manufacturer
Charles Heidsieck was founded by Charles-Camille Heidsieck in 1851, when he was just 29 years old. Although he belonged to the famous Heidsieck family, he decided to create his own name and unique style. The charismatic entrepreneur quickly earned the nickname "Champagne Charlie" – he was one of the first to actively introduce champagne to the United States and helped make Champagne famous beyond Europe.
Today, Cellar Master Élise Losfelt is responsible for creating the wines, continuing the house's philosophy – to produce rich, complex, and long-lasting champagnes, in which reserve wines and long maturation in chalk cellars play a particularly important role.
