The aroma opens with white flowers, lemon zest, lime, ripe pears and yellow apples, complemented by notes of brioche, toasted bread, honey and a hint of almond. The pronounced chalky minerality gives the aroma freshness and elegance. The taste is dry, extremely elegant and creamy, with fine, long-lasting bubbles. Citrus, lemon cream, apples, white peaches and subtle notes of buttery pastry are present. The finish is long, fresh and mineral, with an expressive chalky texture and precise acidity.

About the manufacturer
Champagne De Venoge was founded in 1837 in Épernay by Swiss national Henri-Marc de Venoge. It is one of the oldest Champagne houses, renowned not only for its elegant style but also for its distinctive Princes range of carafe-shaped bottles, inspired by 19th-century crystal decanters. This shape was first introduced in 1864 to honor the Princes of Orange and has today become one of De Venoge's most recognizable symbols.
Princes Blanc de Blancs is one of the house's most representative Champagnes. It is crafted to showcase the pure character of Chardonnay – elegant, mineral, and long-lived. Extended aging on lees and carefully selected Grand Cru and Premier Cru grapes give this Champagne an exceptional balance between freshness, creamy texture, and complexity.
