The aroma opens with wild strawberries, gooseberries, red currants, and orange peel, complemented by rose petals, brioche, and subtle mineral notes. The taste is dry, extremely fresh and creamy, with fine, vibrant bubbles. Notes of strawberries, raspberries, blood oranges, and citrus are felt, complemented by light toasted bread and saline mineral notes. The finish is long, elegant, and harmonious, with prominent freshness and subtle fruitiness.

About the manufacturer
Champagne De Venoge was founded in 1837 in Épernay by Swiss national Henri-Marc de Venoge. The house gained renown for creating the first illustrated Champagne label in 1838, and later introduced the legendary Cordon Bleu label. In 1864, the Princes Collection was created to honor the Princes of Orange. It is characterized by an exclusive decanter-shaped bottle, inspired by the crystal carafes in which European aristocrats served champagne at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries. Princes Rosé Brut is one of the most prominent champagnes in this collection. It is made exclusively from Pinot Noir to showcase the fruitiness, structure, and elegance of this varietal. Long aging on lees and a low dosage allow for a perfect balance between freshness, creamy texture, and rich red fruit aromas.
