The aroma opens with lemon zest, green limes, white peaches, pears, and acacia blossoms, complemented by notes of brioche, toasted almonds, and wet stone. The taste is dry, very fresh and elegant, with fine, silky bubbles. Citrus, green apples, white fruits, and subtle brioche notes are perceptible. The finish is long, mineral, and precise, with a distinct chalk tension and fresh citrus acidity.

About the manufacturer
Diebolt-Vallois is a family winery located in the village of Cramant Grand Cru, in the heart of the Côte des Blancs. The Diebolt family has lived in Cramant since the late 19th century, while the Vallois family's winemaking history in the village of Cuis dates back to the 15th century. The current winery was developed in 1978 by Jacques Diebolt and Nadia Vallois, and today their children Arnaud and Isabelle are actively involved in its operations. Diebolt-Vallois is considered one of the leading Blanc de Blancs specialists in the Champagne region. The house philosophy is based on respect for the Grand Cru Chardonnay terroir, long aging of reserve wines, and extremely precise winemaking.
