The aroma opens with citrus, white apples, pears, and peaches, complemented by notes of toasted almonds, brioche, cinnamon, and light spices. After a longer time in the glass, subtle mineral accents emerge. The taste is exceptionally harmonious, creamy, and elegant, with fine bubbles and refreshing acidity. Notes of citrus, apples, pears, yellow figs, and brioche are present, complemented by light accents of toasted nuts and dark chocolate. The finish is long, clean, and mineral, maintaining an excellent balance of fruitiness and structure.

About the manufacturer
Duval-Leroy was founded in 1859 in the village of Vertus, uniting the families of Jules Duval and Edouard Leroy. It is one of the few Champagne houses that remains independent and family-owned to this day. For the past few decades, it was led by Carol Duval-Leroy, who became one of the most influential women in Champagne's history. After the loss of her husband, she took over the family business and transformed it into one of the most respected Champagne houses, focusing heavily on quality, sustainability, and innovation.
Today, the winery is managed by her sons Julien, Charles, and Louis Duval-Leroy, who continue the family traditions. Duval-Leroy is renowned for its responsible approach to the environment – it was one of the first Champagne houses to receive the Haute Valeur Environnementale (HVE) certification and to produce a certified organic Brut Champagne.
