An elegant and subtle rosé champagne, combining freshness, minerality, and red fruit aromas. The aroma reveals citrus, Gariguette strawberries, raspberries, white flowers, and delicate toasted bread notes. About the manufacturer

Gosset is one of the oldest Champagne houses, founded in 1584, and considered the most important historical symbol in the region. They are renowned for their focus on Grand Cru vineyards, their delicate philosophy of blending Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, and their long-term aging on lees to create complex, multi-layered champagnes. The house's philosophy is based on the principle that champagne should not only be technically perfect but also expressive – each bottle should convey the character, elegance, and enduring quality of the terroir. The Celebris cuvée is produced only in exceptional vintage years, making each version unique, representing the house's traditions and its ability to create complex, refined champagnes that evolve with time.
Gosset pays special attention to the selection and care of its vineyards: they manage only the very best Grand Cru plots and meticulously tend to each plant to ensure the grapes achieve a maximum balance of aromas and acidity. The house believes that high-quality champagne is born in the vineyard, making the harvest and the character of the plot essential elements. This philosophy – a harmonious connection between man and terroir – allows Gosset to create wines that not only reflect the climate of the year but also perfectly convey the unique character of the region, maintaining long-lasting elegance and complexity.
