The aroma opens with quince, apple, pear, and citrus peel, complemented by notes of marzipan, praline, brioche, butter, cinnamon, and light mocha. In the background, a subtle freshness of sea air and chalky minerality is felt. The taste is dry, very refreshing and creamy, with fine, silky bubbles. Ripe apples, citrus, pears, and yellow fruits are perceived, complemented by notes of toasted almonds, brioche, and spices. The finish is long, mineral, and elegant, with lemony acidity, subtle salinity, and hints of umami.

About the manufacturer
Champagne Leclerc Briant was founded in 1872 in Épernay and is today considered one of the most important pioneers of biodynamic winemaking in Champagne. As early as the 1960s, Bertrand Leclerc abandoned synthetic pesticides, and his son Pascal Leclerc developed this approach into certified organic and biodynamic viticulture. This philosophy is based on the conviction that only living soil can convey the true character of the terroir. Today, winemaking is overseen by Hervé Jestin, one of the most renowned biodynamic winemaking specialists in the world. His approach is based on minimal intervention: spontaneous fermentation, long aging, and respect for the natural rhythms of the wine. Cuvée Divine is Leclerc Briant’s most prestigious Solera cuvée – created to blend harvests from different years into a single harmonious whole, combining maturity, energy, and exceptional minerality.
