The aroma opens with wild strawberries, raspberries, red and black currants, complemented by notes of vanilla, cinnamon, brioche, and subtle toasted bread. In the background, chalky minerality and a light spicy character emerge. The taste is exceptionally fresh, creamy, and elegant, with fine, silky bubbles. Wild strawberries, cherries, pink grapefruit, orange zest, and light vanilla notes are discernible. The finish is long, mineral, and harmonious, with a subtle salinity and gentle spice accents.

About the manufacturer

Champagne Palmer & Co was founded in 1947 when seven Premier Cru and Grand Cru vineyard growers decided to join forces and create champagnes of the highest quality. Today, the winery collaborates with over 200 growers and manages some of the most valuable Premier Cru and Grand Cru vineyards in the Montagne de Reims region. The Cellar Master, Xavier Berdin, is responsible for creating the wines, and his philosophy is based on long aging and the precise use of reserve wines. One of Palmer & Co's distinguishing features is its unique Pinot Noir Solera system, where red wines are aged in oak barrels for decades. Berdin calls this system an "eternal assemblage," in which the old wine imparts its character to the young, and the young gives life to the old. It is this philosophy that gives Rosé Solera its exceptional complexity, elegance, and distinctive spicy character.
