The aroma is dominated by lemon, candied citrus, white peaches, and pears, complemented by brioche, toasted almonds, floral honey, and subtle floral notes. Over time, minerality of chalk, wet stone, and light smoke unfolds in the glass. The taste is extremely precise and tense, with very fine, silky bubbles. Flavors of citrus, apples, white stone fruit, and almonds are present. The finish is very long, saline, and mineral, with bright citrus energy and the "crystalline" structure characteristic of Comtes.

About the manufacturer
Taittinger is one of the few great Champagne houses that still belongs to the same family. Since 1932, the Taittinger family has cultivated an elegant, Chardonnay-dominant style, and today the winery is led by Vitalie Taittinger, representing the fourth generation of the family. She believes that champagne should not only reflect its terroir but also evoke emotion. Due to her artistic background, Vitalie pays great attention to aesthetics, architecture, culture, and storytelling – on her initiative, the historic Taittinger mansion in Reims was renovated, a new visitor experience was created, and the ArsNova cultural initiative was established, supporting art, music, and gastronomy. Her philosophy is perfectly encapsulated by the thought: "Our mission is to create happiness." Today, Vitalie is considered one of the brightest leaders of the new generation in Champagne, successfully combining family traditions with a modern approach to winemaking.
