The aroma opens with ripe apples, pears, yellow peaches, and citrus zest, complemented by hints of brioche, toasted almonds, honey, and light vanilla notes. In the background, a chalky minerality is felt, lending tension and purity to the champagne.
The taste is exceptionally elegant and harmonious, with fine, silky bubbles. Citrus, white stone fruits, ripe apple, and a subtle buttery pastry texture from aging on lees dominate. The finish is long, fresh, and mineral, with precise acidity and a delicate salty chalk note.

About the manufacturer
Taittinger is one of the few great Champagne houses that still belongs to the same family. Since 1932, the Taittinger family has cultivated an elegant, Chardonnay-dominant style, and today the winery is led by Vitalie Taittinger, representing the fourth generation of the family. She believes that champagne should not only reflect its terroir but also evoke emotion. Due to her artistic background, Vitalie pays great attention to aesthetics, architecture, culture, and storytelling – on her initiative, the historic Taittinger mansion in Reims was renovated, a new visitor experience was created, and the ArsNova cultural initiative was established, supporting art, music, and gastronomy. Her philosophy is perfectly encapsulated by the thought: "Our mission is to create happiness." Today, Vitalie is considered one of the brightest leaders of the new generation in Champagne, successfully combining family traditions with a modern approach to winemaking.
