The aroma opens with quince, apples, orange peel, and stone fruits, complemented by notes of violet blossoms, anise, blackcurrant, smoke, and a subtle minerality. Over time, the aroma in the glass becomes even richer and more complex. The taste is dry, extremely creamy, and harmonious, with fine, silky bubbles. Yellow apples, peaches, apricots, and oranges are felt, complemented by notes of pepper, liquorice, and toasted bread. The finish is long, mineral, and refreshing, with a bright fruit concentration and an elegant structure.

About the manufacturer
Champagne Trudon is a family winery located in the village of Festigny in the Vallée de la Marne region. The family's history in viticulture began in the 1920s, and Marcel Trudon founded his own Champagne house in 1960. Today, Jérôme Trudon, representing the fourth generation, manages approximately 7.5 hectares of vineyards growing in clay and limestone soils, predominantly planted with Pinot Meunier. The winery operates on principles of sustainable viticulture, striving to reveal the unique character of the Vallée de la Marne terroir as accurately as possible.
