About the manufacturer

Christian Drouin is a family-owned artisan distillery in Normandy's Pays d'Auge region, operating for three generations. The family specializes in calvados production, with a strong focus on their orchards, traditional double distillation, and aging in various barrels. XO is one of their classic older-style calvados, where the character of apple distillate is complemented by baking spice, vanilla, wood, and rancio notes imparted by aging.
