A classic Normandy cider, perfectly balancing freshness and complexity. The aroma reveals notes of ripe apples, baked apples, citrus zest, and buttery pastries, complemented by subtle spices and light rustic undertones. The taste is dry, crisp, and harmonious – natural apple tannins provide structure, while delicate bubbles and a long, fruity finish create an elegant and authentic Normandy cider style.

About the manufacturer
Christian Drouin is one of the most famous Calvados and Normandy cider producers, whose history began in the 1960s when Christian Drouin acquired a 17th-century farm in the village of Coudray-Rabut, in the Pays d'Auge region. Today, the farm is managed by the third generation of the family, Guillaume Drouin, who continues the family's pursuit of creating the highest quality cider and Calvados, based on traditional Normandy methods and respect for local apple varieties.
The Christian Drouin name is best known globally for its exceptional Calvados spirits, but no less attention is paid to cider. All apples are carefully selected from local orchards, and production uses slow fermentation and natural bottle fermentation, which allows the authentic character of Normandy cider to be preserved. Le Cidre Bouché Brut has repeatedly won international awards, including a Double Gold medal at the Gilbert & Gaillard 2025 competition, and is considered one of the best examples of traditional Normandy cider.
