ADN Noir is an expressive Blanc de Noirs style Champagne that clearly shows the strength and structure of Pinot Noir. The aroma reveals ripe red berries, cherries, dried apple notes, delicate spices and a light brioche shade. In the mouth, the wine is rich but elegant - with a denser texture, lively, fine bubbles and good acidity that provides balance. The aftertaste is long, slightly creamy, with a combination of fruitiness and minerality that remains very harmonious.

About the manufacturer

A family story that began in the Marne Valley, where viticulture has been passed down from generation to generation. The Collard family had long grown grapes and supplied them to the great Champagne houses, but only at the end of the 20th century did they decide to take an independent path. When the Collard and Picard families merged, the ambition was born to create not a mass, but a very personal Champagne - one that would reflect their own vineyards, handwork and timeless elegance. This is a small but very conscious family farm, where the most important thing is not quantity, but character and continuity.
Their philosophy is based on patience, respect for time and the life of the vineyard. Collard-Picard believes that good Champagne is born first in the vineyard, so great attention is paid to the soil, balanced harvest and natural ripening. In the cellar they prefer slow, precise work: long maturation, accumulation of reserve wines. Their wines are never noisy or aggressive - it is a Champagne that speaks calmly, delicately, but very confidently, showing the family's attitude: true quality is born when there is no rush and time is allowed to do its work.
