    On May 7th, we invite you to descend into the "Gaston" cellar, full of stories.  Bring your family and friends to an evening where sparkling wine tells more than just a taste.

    This time, the cellar doors will open to stories of sparkling wines:
    from elegant Champagne and lively Burgundy Crémant, to playful Pét-Nat and dazzling New Zealand bubbles.

    Journeying through different regions and times, we will discover how bubbles are born, why some sparkling wines are created patiently and others freely, and what distinguishes each of them in character.

    • Only for adults – 20+. If you’re not 20 yet, you’ll have to wait a little longer.
    • Photographers are welcome! But if you prefer to remain a mysterious wine lover, you can always hide behind your glass.
