    On September 30th, we invite you to head downstairs - into Gaston’s cellar, filled with stories.  Bring your loved ones and friends for an evening where sparkling wine tells more than just a story of taste.

    This time, the cellar doors will open to tales of sparkling wines:
    from elegant Champagne and vibrant Burgundy Crémant, to playful Pét-Nat and sparkling bubbles from New Zealand.

    Traveling through different regions and times, we will reveal how bubbles are born, why some sparkling wines are crafted with patience while others are made freely, and what makes each of them unique in character.

    • Only for adults – 20+. If you’re not 20 yet, you’ll have to wait a little longer.
    • Photographers are welcome! But if you prefer to remain a mysterious wine lover, you can always hide behind your glass.
