    On January 17th, we invite you to come downstairs - to the basement full of stories at Gaston.  Bring your loved ones and friends for an evening where sparkling wine tells more than just its taste.

    This time, the cellar doors will open to the stories of sparkling wines:
    from elegant Champagne and vibrant Burgundy Crémant, to playful Pét-Nat and sparkling New Zealand bubbles.

    As we travel through different regions and times, we will reveal how bubbles are born, why some sparkling ones are created patiently while others are created freely, and what makes each one unique in its own way.

    • Only for adults – 20+. If you’re not 20 yet, you’ll have to wait a little longer.
    • Photographers are welcome! But if you prefer to remain a mysterious wine lover, you can always hide behind your glass.
