Tasting February 27th Wine Home - Georgia

We invite you to discover the origins, history and place of wine, where winemaking is believed to have originated over 8,000 years ago. This is a wine tasting where you will be accompanied by Arvydas Pačkauskas, the founder of the company "Daktar Vynas" and a man whose passion for Georgian wine leaves no one indifferent.

Why "Doctor's Wine"? Because Arvydas is a qualified doctor who has been delving into the world of wine for more than 20 years. Having studied at the Lithuanian Sommelier School, his journey of wine knowledge did not stop at the Primitivo stage - the journey continued through Burgundy and finally led him to the cradle of wine - Georgia.

Today, Arvydas imports authentic, top-quality Georgian wines that have nothing to do with those that are on supermarket shelves. His knowledge of Georgian winemaking is deep, lively, and told in a way that makes you want to listen again and again. We would dare to say that it is difficult to find another person in Lithuania who knows the wines of this region so well.
