Dom Pérignon Vintage 2013 “Luminous Label” is an exceptional interpretation of the 2013 vintage, a champagne that perfectly balances elegance, intensity and subtle evolution. The 2013 vintage in the Champagne region was known for its well-balanced climate: enough sun to develop the warmer, more aromatic fruits, but also enough coolness to maintain clean acidity and liveliness of the aromas.

The aroma reveals notes of citrus peel, green apple, white flowers and light tropical fruits, complemented by tones of brioche, honey and toast. The taste is dry, with a playful, pumpkin-like softness and a complex spectrum of aromas - from fruity freshness to subtle spices and mineral accents. The bubbles are extremely fine and elegant, giving a creamy texture, and the aftertaste is long and harmonious, expressing the character of the vintage together with the sophistication of the house "Dom Pérignon" style.

About the manufacturer

Dom Pérignon is one of the most famous and prestigious champagne names in the world, owned by the house of Moët & Chandon. This champagne is always produced only as a vintage - this means that each release reflects the character of the harvest of a specific year and is not blended between different years. The philosophy of the house is based on harmony - it aims to combine the elegance of Chardonnay and the structure of Pinot Noir into one seamless, refined whole. Dom Pérignon wines are released only when they reach a certain stage of maturity, so they are aged on the lees for a long time before appearing on the market (usually about 8-10 years or more).
The Cellar Master (Chef de Cave) of Dom Pérignon is responsible for the identity and expression of each vintage of Champagne, balancing the proportions of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir and overseeing the long maturation on the lees. This position requires not only technical skills but also an artistic sense - each vintage must reflect the character of a specific year, while maintaining the harmony and elegance of the Dom Pérignon style. The current Cellar Master is Richard Geoffroy (until 2018) and was succeeded by Vincent Chaperon, both of whom are renowned for their precision, sensitive sense of aromas and structures, and ability to combine tradition with modern interpretation. They monitor every stage of fermentation, maturation and disgorging, oversee the vitality of the yeast and ensure that the wine reaches the market at an optimal stage of maturity. This allows Dom Pérignon wines to be not only complex and delicate, but also long-lasting - each glass is the result of centuries of Champagne tradition and craftsmanship.
