This prestigious vintage champagne reflects the contrasting characteristics of the 2015 harvest - it was a warm, dry year with intense grape ripeness, but maintained an elegant balance. The aroma reveals notes of ripe peaches, nectarines, citrus peel and tropical fruits, complemented by nuances of white flowers, toasted brioche, almonds and light spices. On the palate it is dry, silky in texture, with very fine, creamy bubbles and perfectly integrated acidity. The aftertaste is long, refined, with subtle minerality and an elegant harmony of fruit and pastries.

About the manufacturer
Dom Pérignon is one of the most famous and prestigious champagne names in the world, owned by the house of Moët & Chandon. This champagne is always produced exclusively as a vintage - meaning that each release reflects the character of the specific year's harvest and is not blended between different years.
The house philosophy is based on harmony – the aim is to combine the elegance of Chardonnay and the structure of Pinot Noir into one seamless, refined whole. Dom Pérignon wines are released only when they reach a certain stage of maturity, so they are aged on the lees for a long time before being released on the market (usually around 8-10 years or more).
The Cellar Master (Chef de Cave) of Dom Pérignon is responsible for the identity and expression of each vintage of champagne, balancing the proportions of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir and overseeing the long maturation on the lees. This position requires not only technical skills but also an artistic sense - each vintage must reflect the character of a specific year, while maintaining the harmony and elegance of the Dom Pérignon style.
The current Cellar Master is Richard Geoffroy (until 2018) and was succeeded by Vincent Chaperon, both renowned for their precision, their sensitive sense of aromas and structures, and their ability to combine tradition with modern interpretation. They monitor every stage of fermentation, maturation, and disgorging, overseeing the vitality of the yeasts and ensuring that the wine reaches the market at an optimal stage of maturity. This allows Dom Pérignon wines to be not only complex and subtle, but also long-lasting – each glass is the result of centuries of Champagne tradition and craftsmanship.
