About the manufacturer

Cellier des Cray was founded by Adrien Berlioz in 2006 in the picturesque village of Chignin. Coming from a family of winemakers and being the cousin of the renowned Savoie winemaker Gilles Berlioz, he inherited his first vineyards from his family. Today, the estate manages approximately 6–7 hectares of vineyards, cultivated organically and biodynamically (Demeter certified). Adrien Berlioz produces small-batch, single-plot wines that accurately convey the unique characteristics of each terroir, making Cellier des Cray one of the most prominent names in modern Savoie winemaking today.
