Domaine Belleville's history began in the early 20th century in the village of Rully. Over the years, the estate became one of the most important producers in the Côte Chalonnaise, later expanding its operations to the Côte de Beaune. In 2017, the winery was acquired by new owners who invested in quality improvement and organic viticulture. Today, the estate manages approximately 22 hectares of vineyards, most of which are farmed according to certified organic principles. The winery's philosophy is based on respect for the terroir, low yields, and meticulous work in each plot. Domaine Belleville aims to create elegant, long-lived Burgundy wines where the expression of the local character is paramount. "Les Hâtes" is one of the best examples of this philosophy – a subtle, precise, and classic Santenay Pinot Noir.
