The aroma reveals citrus, white peaches, apples, honeysuckle blossoms, and light notes of nutmeg. On the palate, the wine is refreshing, with a light-to-medium body, lively acidity, subtle minerality, and a clean, dry finish. This is one of Bott-Geyl's lightest and most versatile white wines.

About the manufacturer
The history of Domaine Bott-Geyl began in 1795 when Jean-Martin Geyl started growing grapes in Beblenheim. The current owner, Jean-Christophe Bott, has continued the family tradition since 1993, and in 2000, the entire estate was converted to organic farming, and then to biodynamic farming in 2002. Today, the winery manages approximately 16 hectares of vineyards, including six Grand Cru plots, and is considered one of the leaders in biodynamic winemaking in Alsace. Its philosophy is to express the character of each terroir as accurately as possible, with minimal intervention in the cellar, allowing the wines to develop naturally.
