Domaine des Grottes is a biodynamic vineyard and organic farm located in the Beaujolais region of France. Founders Romain des Grottes and Perrine Stas have been working since 2001 to create natural, additive-free wines and beverages, employing minimal intervention, herbal infusions, and fermented extracts instead of synthetic fertilizers, and experimenting with co-fermentations to adapt to climate change.
Domaine des Grottes offers non-alcoholic sparkling beverages such as Antidote and Antilope. Antidote is made from grape and apple juice and an herbal infusion, characterized by a refreshing, slightly spicy taste and a subtle herbal aroma. Antilope is crafted from an herbal infusion and fruit juices, offering a milder, herbal, and woody aftertaste that is slightly bitter but elegant.
