A non-alcoholic sparkling drink from the Beaujolais region of France, created by winemaker Romain des Grottes. This drink is made from 65% organic herbal infusion (including juniper, pine, gentian, verbena, St. John's wort and blackberry leaves) and 35% organic fruit juice (grape, apple, lemon and passion fruit) .
L'Antilope has delicate woody and herbal aromas, where juniper, pine and laurel notes intertwine, while the gentle bitterness comes from gentian and St. John's wort. It is an elegant aperitif that goes well with mature cheeses, light desserts or even dishes with dried fruits. The drink is 100% organic, with no added sugars, preservatives or artificial flavors and colors .

Domaine des Grottes is a biodynamic vineyard and organic farm located in the Beaujolais region of France. Founders Romain des Grottes and Perrine Stas have been working since 2001 to create natural, additive-free wines and beverages, using minimal use, herbal infusions and fermented extracts instead of synthetic fertilizers, and experimenting with co-fermentations to adapt to climate change.
