“À Flot” is a classic Provence rosé, light, very clean, and focused on freshness. The aroma features strawberries, red berries, citrus, white flowers, and subtle peach, with a light mineral background. On the palate, the wine is dry, light-bodied, with refreshing acidity and subtle fruit concentration.
About the manufacturer
Domaine de la Navicelle is a small (~21 ha) organic farm located on the Mediterranean coast, near Toulon. The vineyards grow on diverse soils – clay, limestone, sandstone, and schist – and a northern exposure ensures cooler ripening and higher acidity, helping to maintain the freshness and complexity of the wines.
The winery operates on organic and biodynamic principles, with minimal intervention in the cellar, often using wild yeasts to preserve the most natural expression of the terroir.
