Domino Basconcillos “Sante au Rosé”

Alto del Cura is the highest expression of our winery, produced only in the best vintage years. Grapes are harvested from the highest-altitude limestone plots, with specific sections selected for their quality. The harvest is carried out manually into 14 kg boxes, followed by a meticulous selection process to ensure that only the highest quality fruit enters this exceptional blend. The wine is aged in carefully selected French oak barrels: 50% new and 50% first-fill. This aims to impart complexity and balance to the wine without overpowering the purity of our terroir. The wine has a deep red color with garnet hues. The aroma reveals notes of forest berries, cherries, and dark fruits, complemented by subtle hints of spices, wood, and violet flowers. On the palate, it is powerful yet elegant – with a velvety texture, harmonious tannins, and distinct minerality. The finish is long and persistent.
