Elena Borra Distillerie is a family-owned distillery in Piedmont, producing grappa and liqueurs. The distillery distills pomace separately according to the specific grape variety, thus Nebbiolo pomace remains the main source of character for this grappa. The distillate is then aged in different types of wooden barrels, with the "Riserva" line distinguished by longer aging and greater complexity.
