About the manufacturer

Extrait de Romarion is a project of Les Vignerons d'Enserune and Les Vignobles Foncalieu, born in the Languedoc region of southern France. The name Romarion is derived from the names of winemaker Luc Torrecilla's children – Romain and Marion. The Torrecilla family has been cultivating grapes since 1870, with the current winemaker, Romain Torrecilla, representing the fifth generation of the family. Only the best batches of grapes are selected for this line to create expressive, elegant wines that offer excellent value for money. Les Vignerons d'Enserune today unites about 600 winegrowing families working over 3,600 hectares of vineyards in eleven Languedoc villages. The cooperative is known for its modern approach to winemaking – great attention is paid to sustainable farming, meticulous vineyard selection, and technologies that preserve the authenticity of each variety. Their goal is to create wines that reflect the Mediterranean climate, the Languedoc terroir, and the region's long-standing winemaking traditions.
